These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and km77 ("km77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the km77 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at km77.vip (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by km77, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of km77 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the km77 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. km77 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed.

To access the full features of the km77 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the km77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. km77 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, km77 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your km77 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify km77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

km77 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from km77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

km77 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable identification documents include government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or UMID). Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

All financial transactions on the km77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

km77 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks

4.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your km77 account within minutes. km77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. km77 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. km77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

km77 is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. km77 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report transactions that trigger compliance concerns, without prior notice to the player.

km77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• km77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to km77 support immediately. km77 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus amounts.

All games available on the km77 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all km77 games:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. km77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player. km77's decision in such matters is final.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. km77 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during gameplay.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be adjusted by km77 at any time.
• km77 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed after a game round has concluded or bets placed due to a technical error in the display of odds or game information.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the km77 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the km77 Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to km77 immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing km77 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

km77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care to players seriously.

km77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from km77.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content on the Platform.
• Use any km77 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of km77's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by km77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, km77 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform.

km77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your km77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude km77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

km77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

km77 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and km77 cannot guarantee absolute security.

km77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

km77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, km77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where termination is not due to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable processing times.

You may close your km77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

km77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, km77 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. km77 recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact km77's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. km77 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

14.2 Formal Complaints

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to km77 via the contact details provided in Section 15. km77 will acknowledge formal complaints within two (2) business days and provide a final written response within twenty-one (21) business days.

14.3 Jurisdiction

You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the km77 Platform.
